Ed Martin's Creed
I will be as gentle with my student as he/she permits or as harsh as
is required.
I will be patient for everyone needs to crawl before they walk and walk
before they run
I will demand excellence for that is what the student wants in his or her
heart of heart.
I will never forget that my purpose is to see my student fly beyond the
boundaries I have set for myself, knowing those boundaries must continue to expand.
It is not a look for I seek for myself, but an effect on the student.
