I have had the privelege of learning of this art, and even better, training in it. As if that was not good enough, I have had the wonderful privelege of training with Shihan Ed Martin twice now,in Kalamazoo, MI (thanks Sensei Bessler!). It is simply awesome to meet wonderful, kind, and fun people who can teach you things and have a good time with, and Ed Martin is definitly one of them. Out of all the cool things I have learned since becoming a student of Ninjutsu, my favorite technique/attack is, no doubt above it, a sincere friendly hug and/or kindness. I want to thank teachers such as Ed Martin and Robert Bessler (as well as every other student I have trained with)who, despite their ferocity and high level of skill at fighting and self defense, show that etiquette, friendship, kindness, and caring is truly the best self-defense. -Jason Pritts, 10th kyu, Bujinkan Kurzuryu Dojo.
